Damn, that sounds shady as hell. Classic move — they’re all smiles when you deposit, but vanish when it’s payout time. If support's just feeding you BS, I’d start gathering screenshots and file a complaint with their regulator (if they even have one). Might be time to blast 'em on forums too.
