Glad you got paid, but man, that ID upload gave me trouble. Took 4 attempts before they “verified” it. Support kept asking for new angles like I was applying for a passport. Payout came eventually, but felt like a pain for a $90 win.

man, same sh*t happened to me like a month ago on Book of Dead. Balance dropped during a bonus round, then poof — gone. No spin, no log, support gave me the “escalating to relevant team” excuse too. Never heard back. You ain’t crazy. 32Red’s been acting shady lately.
