exactly. they count on you walking away so they don’t have to pay. but if you push hard—regulator complaints, review sites, etc.—sometimes they fold and pay out to shut you up.

happened to me on a different site. same exact tactic. filtered version wasn’t “acceptable,” so they just froze my account. eventually had to go through a license complaint to get anything moving.

Yeah, once I hit a 1000x on Dead or Alive 2 — my hands were literally shaking lol. But honestly, most of the time it’s just losses. Big wins are rare.

haven’t played on nine win myself, but i've seen mixed stuff around — some people got paid, others had delays or weird excuses. keep all your docs and convo logs saved just in case, and maybe try a test withdrawal first before requesting bigger chunks. fingers crossed they don’t pull anything...
